XGUARD / PRACTICAL RESOURCES

One employer account. Individual course access.

To train several employees, separate the purchase from the learner’s access. The employer selects courses and assigns them; each employee uses their own email address to access the training. Here is how to prepare an order through XGuard Entreprises.

The employer’s four-step checklist

  1. Choose the right course version

Use the SST catalogue to compare the subject, language, stated duration and any prerequisites. A familiar title is not enough: match the content to the employee’s tasks and workplace risks. Do not assume that French and English versions are interchangeable.

  2. Prepare the employee email addresses

Use an address each employee can access. Check spelling before assigning a course. Keep the employer’s purchasing account separate from the employee’s learner identity; buying a course does not mean it should appear under every company email address.

  3. Review the order before paying

Open XGuard Entreprises, sign in and choose the courses and quantities required. Review the prices, taxes and conditions shown at checkout. Confirm the order before assigning the purchased accesses; this guide does not set prices or promise course availability.

  4. Assign and check the learner’s access

Select the employee and the intended course in the employer portal. Confirm the assignment, then ask the employee to use the access instructions sent to their assigned email address. If the course is missing, first check the exact address and course assigned before creating another account or buying again.

An attestation is not a professional certification.

The XGuard attestation records successful completion according to the course’s requirements. Check the conditions on the chosen course. It does not replace an employer’s responsibilities, site-specific instructions or any separate authorization required for a task.

Before contacting support

Can I assign more than one course to an employee?

Treat each course assignment separately and verify that it appears for the intended employee. Use the same learner email address when the courses should belong to one person.

Does an English guide mean all courses are in English?

No. Check the language on each course listing. Some topics have separate language versions; this guide does not change the language or content of any course.

What should I check if an employee cannot find their course?

Check the employee email, order status and course assignment. Ask the learner to use their access email and the password-recovery option on their sign-in page if necessary. Contact XGuard with the order reference through its normal support channel; do not post passwords or employee records publicly.
